Based on clients' requirement, Kayenn Consulting will prepare all the documents for incorporation project including translation for basic documents. Clients need to follow our instruction.

Clients needs to notarize some incorporation documents under our guide and deliver those documents to our office in South Korea.

Kayenn Consulting will review all documents form clients. If there is no issue, then we will translate every word into Korean.

After confirmation of incorporation documents, Kayenn Consulting will register the company to 'Registration Court'.

After company incorporation and registration, Kayenn Consulting will apply 'Tax number' to tax office for the company.

After company incorporation is completed, then the company can apply for a bank account. Client can select a bank from our recommendation: (Woori Bank / KEB Hana Bank / Shin Han Bank / Kook Min Bank or other local bank)
If client needs to apply a bank account to global bank such as BOA, Citi and HSBC, Kayenn Consulting can support it but incorporation process might be a bit different.
